Snow!!!!

So one Saturday we spontaneously decided to drive up to the snow so Elijah could experience it for the first time.  We ended up in Nyack and did some sledding and enjoying the light snowfall.  Elijah loved it til his gloves got too wet and his nose too red ;) 

Sorry this is kinda bumpy but his expression at the end is priceless!

Pumpkin Patch

Elijah went to his first pumpkin patch and got his first pumpkin this year.  He wasn't quite sure about being put in the pumpkins but seemed to like it after a bit. 

Park Playgroup

We've joined a local playgroup so Elijah (and mom and dad) can meet some new people.  Here's some pics from our first get together.  Surprisingly he loved the swing and playing on the equipment with Matt and I. 

Bouncy Chair fun!

Elijah is starting to grow out of it now, but he had such a great time in his bouncy/activity chair.  He used to just bounce the hours away. He especially loved sucking on the sun toy and playing with the music buttons.

There were a couple times he was just too tuckered out to play anymore........

These were taken back in early June. He seemed to be more wary of the carrots, but grew to like them later.

Uncle Michael's Birthday

We got together at my parents for Uncle Mig's 27th birthday.  Whoa my little brother is 27?!  Elijah was very into Sierra.  He wanted to pet her, but when she went to lick him on the face he wasn't too sure. Nonetheless he kept on reaching over to pet her.  Happy Birthday uncle Michael!

Well I blogged when pregnant so I kinda have some experience with it.  This will be even better though cause there will be lots of pictures!

Elijah just had his first cold and is pretty much over it.  Poor guy had a fever at 4am one day and scared mommy and daddy.  It only lasted 24 hours though.  He had sneezing, coughing and congestion as well.  It's hard when the little guy cant tell you what's bugging him.  The doctor said you just have to let it run its course. Booo I hate that, I want something I can give him.  Anyway he's doing much better, just a litte remaining congestion. 

Before he got sick we got to visit with my Aunt, Uncle and cousins from New Jersey.  We went to Old Sacramento and walked around and had some yummy pizza at Round Table.  The hit of the night was Elijah of course.  Everybody couldnt get enough of him!  We better make sure his head doesn't get too big once he gets older :)
